• Today our host family meet up group went out for brunch/bowling, with everything paid for by DIS
  • Everyone was super nice and it’s great to meet people living in your area and share in the ridiculousness of your commute
  • Although I am not entirely sure we should even belong to the group because there’s another meet-up group with people that are probably easier to get to via public transit
  • BUT YEAH PEOPLE WERE GR8
  • Also one time I got a gutter ball but on that same turn (idk if that’s the appropriate bowling term???) I did granny style and I hit all of them and ended up with a spare
  • And then I sobbed thinking of Parks and Rec
  • Also we were joking during brunch about injuring someone with a bowling ball and then I ended up almost getting a ball in another lane
  • Y U P
  • But I think I broke 100?
  • So by our standards I was decent
